missingWrote a review on Jan 06clean facilityupdated lobbycheck-in delay
The lobby and common areas were clean and recently updated, giving a fresh feel that stood out. The fitness center had decent equipment, perfect for keeping up with workouts during the stay.
Check-in time was a hassle—had to wait over an hour due to housekeeping delays. Some rooms came with noisy A/C units, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The available dining options felt overpriced for what they offered, leaving me wishing for better value.

would stay here again
The room was solid with nice amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a shower and free toiletries. The comfy bed was great for restful nights. The indoor pool was a nice touch, and the fitness center was well-maintained. Housekeeping was quick to respond too.

missingWrote a review on Oct 29indoor poolfitness centerdecent mealsdirty shower
The hotel boasts a modern fitness center and a decent indoor pool that are perfect for bouncing back after a long day. Plus, the bistro serves up some solid meals if you're looking to stay in and recharge.
Upon entering, I found the room not up to standard—dirty carpets and a shower that hadn’t seen any scrubbing for a while. The noise levels from neighboring rooms and the outside were chaotic at times, making sleep elusive, especially with the TV blaring from the next room. While they offer breakfast, paying for it stings a bit given the lackluster options and high prices around $20. Lastly, I faced an annoying maintenance delay when I reported some issues that took longer than expected to be resolved.

The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for our needs. Parking was ample, and the shuttle made trips downtown a breeze. Overall, it felt modern and clean, just like a little Philadelphia retreat!
But, alas, the cleaning crew showed up early enough to wake the dead! If I wanted an early morning wake-up call, I’d have booked a rooster instead.

It was just a balanced option for a cursory stop in Philadelphia with good value for cost. The service at the reception was very nice and helpful. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule since it only takes you out and not back.

Mixed Experience with Kind Staff
My stay had its ups and downs. The room I received was poorly maintained, but the staff, especially Jack, made a positive impact with their friendliness. Onsite restaurants like TGI Fridays are convenient, but plan your transportation back to the city wisely to avoid extra costs.

i had a great stay at the courtyard! the hotel was clean, and i felt safe knowing that you needed a room key to access the elevators after hours. the fitness center and the pool were nice perks. it's conveniently located near material culture, making it easy to get to the wedding.
the breakfast pricing is a bit high for what you get.

The staff here is friendly and the location is convenient, especially being close to restaurants and shops. The indoor pool got crowded fast. I noticed the carpets needed a deep clean. Also, the bicycle rental was a nice perk for exploring around. Didn't appreciate waiting long for breakfast service.

The location was convenient for exploring. The meal I had at the bistro was enjoyable, but service was slow. Overall, my stay was comfortable since the staff responded quickly to issues like the noisy phone in my room. I appreciate being in an area with cultural attractions nearby. It made my visit feel more immersive as a traveler from Europe in a committed relationship.
Service during dinner was slower than expected. I had a noisy phone in my room that took time to address.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the clean and comfy room with a great view overlooking the pool area. The pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxation too. The only issue was some minor noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Nice upgrades, but some hiccups
The lobby and rooms got a facelift, which is cool! Wi-Fi is way faster now. However, the food service was super slow at The Bistro. we waited nearly an hour for our meals, and they arrived lukewarm. I also had some trouble with my phone beeping all night, which was annoying. Still, I liked the modern vibe and the staff were friendly.
